The Hampshire was founded by Executive Chef Ryan Gall and General Manager Jonathan Cimino, two longtime friends and hospitality veterans who first forged their partnership at Pardo’s Restaurant in Mandeville.
Chef Gall boasts 20+ years of culinary experience, starting at Saddlebrook Resort in Tampa and joining the Emeril Lagasse Group to help launch Gulf Coast locations. He served as Executive Sous Chef with Emeril's team, then took leadership roles at TPC Louisiana, Tchefuncte's Restaurant, and Pardo’s.
Throughout those years, Chef Gall honed a style that’s both bold and balanced, drawing from classic Southern traditions while introducing techniques and inventive flavor profiles. At The Hampshire, that vision has come to life, combining seasonal Gulf ingredients, premium cuts of steak, and artful presentation to create a dining experience unlike anything else on the Northshore.
